Refund Policy

At Arth Heritage, we take pride in offering pure, traditionally prepared buffalo ghee, crafted to ensure the best quality and taste. Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong variant or quantity).

  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and the original seal should be intact.

  • Proof of purchase, such as Order ID or invoice, must be shared.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

If you need to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Go to the Contact Us page or email us at info@arthheritage.com.

  3. Alternatively, you can call or WhatsApp us at 8439533369.

Please include the following information:

  • Your Order ID

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our support team will get back to you and guide you through the return or replacement process.

Refund Process
  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If you prefer a replacement, the new product will be shipped within 3-5 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to an error from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for other reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations
  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@arthheritage.com or 8439533369.

  • After Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery if it meets the conditions mentioned above.
